Our reports are generated in two formats. A unique webpage is created for easy viewing on a desktop or mobile device. On that page, you may also download a PDF version of the report for printing.
Look for the "Agent Tools" drop down at the top of the report web page. This is where we make your job easier!
Click on "Repair Request Document" in the dropdown menu. This will open a lightbox that allows you to filter by "All Deficiencies" or only view the "Safety / Attention" items.
You can then easily copy the text of the items you choose and paste them into your own Request for Repairs document. The items are numerically referenced for your convenience.
This saves time by consolidating the relevant information for your Request for Repairs document instead of hunting around the report for what you actually need.
