But as a general rule, we are looking at all of the major systems in the house, including: exterior, grounds, roof, built-in appliances, interior doors, windows, flooring, stairs, walls, plumbing systems, water heater, furnace, air conditioning system, ducts, garage area, firewalls, safety systems, attic, roof and foundation structure, and all accessible electrical systems.
